Cancellation
POLICY
To confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 10% of the stay is required for pitches, and 30% of the stay for accommodations.
Cancellation is free up to 15 days before the arrival date, which means that if you cancel within this period, the advance payment will be refunded. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, the advance payment will be forfeited.
The remaining balance is paid directly upon arrival at the campsite.
Do you need cancellation insurance?
We offer cancellation and stay interruption insurance.
The price of this insurance is 5% of the total stay amount. This insurance can only be purchased at the time of booking, and the amount paid for the insurance is non-refundable under any circumstances.
